The program includes daily morning and evening meditations; pranayama and proper breathing techniques. Asanas and general physicality focus on specific skills and creative sequences. Even the atmosphere in this sacred part of Peru invites the participants to dive deeper and listen more closely to subtleties, fine-tuning the practice.

Daily Schedule

Our daily schedule will feature structured sadhana time including meditation, pranayama & asana practice, physical fine-tuning workshops, delicious organic food, opportunities for exploration of the Sacred Valley, and time for rest.

In the evenings, it's time to soak in the valley vistas, meditate, contemplate, make new friends, or enjoy the down time.

As a group, we will be welcomed with a traditional ceremony to offer our gratitude and set up intentions for our retreat experience in Peru. A shaman from a beautiful community called Qeros which maintain their ancient traditions and native language of Quechua will lead the ceremony.

We will visit the traditional town of Pisac, known for its lively handicrafts market, archaeological park, and ancient temples and plazas, with some magnificent views of the surrounding valley.

Together, guided by our Samadhi hosts, we will also have a chance to explore the surrounding landscapes of our beautiful Valley neighborhood.

There will be sufficient free time if you wish to enjoy some additional excursions or take up some of the activities offered by Samadhi, such as pottery or painting.
